These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bn333 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bn333 website at https://bn333.cam, its associated services, betting markets, casino products, promotional offers and any related features (collectively the "Services").

By registering an account, logging into the platform, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bn333 platform and contact our support team to close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on bn333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the applicable operator license or your local jurisdiction at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts and legal persons are not eligible to register Accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not reside in or be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion, cooling-off or any other voluntary or regulatory restriction on gambling activity.
• You must not hold any other active bn333 Account. Only one Account per person, household, IP address and payment method is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of bn333 or any associated entity, unless specific written consent has been granted.

You may only hold one Account on the Platform at any time. To register, you will be required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number.

4.1 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up to date. You must notify bn333 promptly of any changes to your personal details. bn333 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at bn333's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete KYC verification. This process requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement showing account holder name)

4.3 Duplicate Accounts. The operation of more than one Account by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bn333 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any bets placed and withhold any winnings pending investigation.

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bn333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. You must notify bn333 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following terms of use:

5.1 Personal Use Only. Your Account and the Services are provided for your personal entertainment use only. Commercial exploitation, resale or systematic use of the Platform's content, odds data or functionality is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from bn333.

5.2 Prohibited Activities. You must not use the Platform to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive or misleading activity
• Conduct or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime
• Collude with other Users to manipulate betting outcomes
• Exploit software errors, bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without authorisation
• Engage in matched betting, arbitrage or any systematic strategy designed to abuse promotional offers
• Attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or its underlying technical infrastructure

5.3 Compliance with Laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. bn333 makes no representation that its Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Pakistani users should specifically note the provisions of the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation.

6.1 Deposits. Account deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the bn333 cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of any specific payment method — including those familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast-linked bank transfers, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah transfers — is subject to the operator's current cashier offering, provider availability and applicable compliance requirements. The listing of these payment references does not constitute a guarantee of availability or an endorsement by any named provider.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements

7.1 Market Availability. Betting markets, including cricket, PSL, ICC tournament markets, football, UFC and other sports, are offered at bn333's discretion. The Platform reserves the right to suspend, void or restrict any market at any time, including in response to suspicious activity, technical errors or external regulatory requirements.

7.2 Acceptance of Bets. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number is issued. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance. bn333 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

7.3 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of your selection may differ from the odds at which your bet is ultimately accepted. In such cases, you will typically be offered the option to accept the revised odds or cancel the bet, subject to the in-play or pre-match rules applicable to the market.

7.4 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, late result corrections, palpable errors in odds setting, or market suspension. Voided bets are refunded as a stake return to the User's Account balance.

7.5 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment and live dealing. Published RTP (return-to-player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by bn333 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. These Terms provide a general framework; individual promotion terms take precedence where there is any conflict.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any portion becomes withdrawable as cash. Wagering requirements, minimum odds thresholds and qualifying game restrictions are specified in the individual promotion terms.

8.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Users are entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise specified. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. bn333 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to Users who have a genuine use of the Platform's Services.

8.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, use of multiple accounts, collusion or systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements without genuine play — constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bn333 reserves the right to void all associated bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom.

8.5 Expiry. Bonuses and bonus-related free bets that are not claimed or used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the User's Account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

bn333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity. These tools are described in full on the Responsible Gambling page and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive regular reminders of the duration of your current playing session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and restrict future registration.

All responsible gambling limits take effect immediately upon being set. Requests to increase limits or reduce the self-exclusion period are subject to a mandatory waiting period before taking effect.

All content on the bn333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall design of the Platform — is the exclusive property of bn333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bn333.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

11.2 bn333 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical failures. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures or regulatory interventions may cause temporary unavailability of Services.

11.3 bn333 is not responsible for the gambling laws applicable in your jurisdiction and does not represent that the Services are available or lawful for use in any specific location. You assume all legal risk associated with accessing and using the Platform from your location.

11.4 In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by consumer protection law, the foregoing limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12.1 Suspension by bn333. bn333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

12.2 Closure by User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the bn333 support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC checks, settlement of pending bets and withdrawal of any eligible Account balance.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure or termination of your Account, your right to access the Platform and its Services will immediately cease. Any Account balance remaining after deduction of eligible outstanding amounts will be refunded via the method originally used to deposit funds, subject to applicable processing requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in the operator's licensing documentation.

Before pursuing formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact the bn333 support team to attempt resolution. bn333 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly in accordance with its published complaints procedure.

Amendments take effect from the date on which they are published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
